This is Adult Day Services Week in Washington. Susan Wellington is the director at Lending Hands. She says they’re hoping to dispel some misconceptions about facilities such as hers’. Wellington says they’ll have an open house this Friday (9/25). She says they’re also involved in several fundraising efforts throughout the week.
