Congressman Dave Loebsack is pushing for a revitalization of Iowas schools to make them more energy efficient. The congressman voted to provide schools with nearly 20 million dollars to modernize in the next two years. Superintendent Greg Ray says the main reason for installing the system was energy costs. He says there are other projects at the school for which government grants would be helpful.
