A Montpelier woman is dead after a single vehicle crash in Muscatine County on Thursday. The Iowa State Patrol says Rhonda Levsen was northbound on Zachary Ave. when she failed to stop at an intersection. Levsens Chevy Impala then entered the north ditch where it came to rest. The State Patrol says Levsen was not wearing her seatbelt.
