Fairfield will welcome an inspirational speaker and author to the Arts and Convention Center next month. Dr. Stephen R. Covey is the author of the book “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People”. The center’s Rustin Lippincott says Dr. Covey’s book is a response to the poor economic climate. He says it’s designed to help people achieve more in troubling times. Dr. Covey will speak in Fairfield November 20. The event is free and open to the public.
