The ISU Extension service is trying to anticipate what the future will hold for farming. They’re hosting an Ag Outlook and Management workshop in Mt. Pleasant next month. Regional Director Gene Mohling says the event will feature experts discussing important issues that the farm community is facing. Mohling says that includes the economic outlook and the “cap and trade” bill before congress. The Seminar is November 10 at the Henry County Extension Office.
