Another southeast Iowa school district has been hit hard by the flu. WACO Superintendent Greg Ray says the junior/senior high school has seen at least 41 students absent from school with what seemed appears to be flu-like symptoms. Ray says a volleyball match yesterday had to be postponed due to the illness. He says while they had enough athletes to play, they were concerned with spreading germs to another district. Ray says theyre hoping to see the number of absences drop sometime next week.
