Washington School Board members have a full plate at tomorrow’s (10/14) meeting. New members will be seated and they’ll be electing a president and vice president. The new board will hear a report on schools in need of assistance, open enrollment and the budget. They’re also slated to hire Minnesota based Piper Jaffray as their financial advisor while they issue sales tax bonds to fund construction of a new high school. They’ll also begin discussions on how the district should go about finding a new superintendent. Dave Sextro has been serving in the position on an interim basis. The meeting starts at 7:00 tomorrow night in the school administration building.
