An Iowa Wesleyan College Student was killed late Sunday Night after being struck by a train near Mount Pleasant. Police say 19 year old Brianna Culp of Springfield Illinois was pronounced dead at the Henry County Health Center after after the incident at the Carnahan Road rail crossing. A Burlington Northern Santa Fe spokesperson says crews reported seeing Culp sitting on the tracks. The incident remains under investigation.
