Public improvements will be the theme at tomorrow nights Kalona city council meeting at the public library. City officials say the council will consider approval of a pay application for the Lift Station Project. The total application amount is more than $18,000. The council will also hear proposals and progress reports on the downtown revitalization project including a contract with All American Concrete Inc.
