The Kalona Historical Village wants to treat area residents to the American Quilter’s Society Show in Des Moines Thursday. Director of Tours Nancy Roth says the Village will be special guests of the show and will display quilts from their own collection during the event. She says they are offering reserved seats on a bus trip to the show for $60 per person. Interested persons should call the Village at 319-656-2519.
