The Mid Prairie Drama Department is putting on “Anne of Green Gables” next month. Director Tamara McClintock says the story originated as a series of books before being adapted to the stage. She says their production will be unique because it features an unusually large cast for a fall play. McClintock says the story follows the adventures of a girl growing up on a Canadian farm. She says the story has a little comedy but also some serious parts as well. The show will be November 6 and 7 at 7:30 in the high school.
