Fairfield is going German today as the city celebrates Oktoberfest on the downtown square. Event organizers say this year’s event will feature a wide range of food vendors, wines, beer, and live entertainment throughout the night. A parade will make its way through the square with authentic German cars and bands. The event begins tonight at 5:00 pm in downtown Fairfield.
