Kalona will welcome a world-renowned artist tomorrow and residents will get the chance to take some of her works home with them. Artist Pat Buckley Moss says the Midwest is sometimes overlooked when artists visit the country, but they miss out on a lot of great experiences. Moss says Kalona is a great place for an artist because of the well-known quilt displays. She says quilts are works of art in themselves and are great ways to tell stories. Moss will hold her dinner and auction at the United Methodist Church tomorrow night at 5:00.
