The Superintendent at the Washington School District says they’re having trouble with people not paying the registration fee. Dave Sextro says this fee pays for book rentals which can be rather expensive. Sextro says students on free and reduced lunches are exempt. He says they’re having trouble with those who aren’t. The district charges elementary students 40 dollars per year, junior high students 50 and high school students 60.
