The Snap On Tools No Compromise Tour is stopping Washington today. Joe Carroll is a Snap On sales developer based in Washington. He says the event will feature a custom built vehicle known as the Glo-Mad, which is a 57 Chevy Nomad, partially built out of Snap On Tools. The festivities start at 10:00 this morning (10/10) in the downtown area, and run until three this afternoon.
