Super Conference sends team to Cedar Rapids

The Southeast Iowa Super Conference is sending a team to the state volleyball tournament. New London beat Holy Trinity in three last night at Burlington Notre Dame. The Tigers won 25-11, 26-24, 29-27. New London was the team that beat IMS in five in the regional semifinal.

In 2A, Pella Christian knocked out the Super Conference’s Mediapolis in three. The match was here in Demon Gym. The Eagles won 25-16, 25-12, 25-16.

In 3A, Williamsburg and Fairfield met in Oskaloosa. The Raiders won in three 25-14, 25-14, 25-20. So Williamsburg is the champion out of Washington’s region. The Demons lost to Mount Pleasant and Williamsburg beat Mount Pleasant to get to the regional final.
