Washington County Supervisors this week are expected to decide whether to go with a plan that calls for building a new facility for public health. A committee is recommending the building be constructed in downtown Washington. Another option was to renovate space at the Orchard Hill Complex, but committee members say it would require too may modifications. The board will also continue to look at the proposed zoning ordinance at Tuesday’s meeting. It starts at 9:30 in the Washington County Courthouse.
