Cold weather, the holidays and plenty of food to share can set the stage for splurging on the least healthy foods, according to I-S-U Extension dietitian Susan Klein. She says it’s best to have a strategy to keep holiday weight gain at bay, and one of the easiest tips is moderation. Klein says to enjoy a little a bit of everything that you know you like.
