A new year is approaching and many will make a resolution to be healthier. Fran Stigers at the YMCA of Washington says staying active is one of the easiest ways one could fulfill that pledge. He says that can be as simple as taking a 30 minute walk everyday. Stigers says they usually get busier in January and February every year as people look to live by their New Year’s resolutions.
