Retailer Wants to See Longer Hours for Downtown Businesses

A retailer in downtown Washington says businesses need to stay open later. Carol Ray rents cart space at the village on the west side of the square. She says many Washington residents commute to work, and can’t shop until later in the evening. The Village and several other downtown businesses have opted to keep later hours until Christmas.
