Many people will celebrate this New Year’s Eve with alcohol. Washington County Sheriff Jerry Dunbar says those who choose to drink need to have a sober driver. Dunbar says weather could also be a factor with single digit temperatures expected tonight. He says it’s also important to keep in mind that there may be intoxicated drivers and pedestrians sharing the road with you. Dunbar says to be sure to buckle up, and use common sense when celebrating the New Year.
