Southeast Iowa is digging out after a snowstorm of historic proportions. Washington County Engineer David Patterson says they hope to have gravel roads cleared by today. He says they hope to have a path cut to every home in the county by the end of the day. Patterson snow drifts on some country roads were as high as seven feet.
