It’s another very cold morning in eastern Iowa. A National Weather Service Wind Chill Advisory is in effect until 11:00 am. Wind chills of 30 below zero are possible. Frostbite and hypothermia can occur within 30 minutes during such conditions. The National Weather Service says it’s important to dress in layers and cover as much skin as possible when venturing outdoors.
