Getting more exercise is a common New Year’s resolution. Teri Hartzler is a personal trainer who runs BODYWRX in Washington. She says the best way to fulfill the resolution is getting into a routine. Hartzler says it’s important to ease into a new workout regimen. She says it can be easy to burn yourself out. She says it’s also best to check with your physician if you have any medical issues that could be agitated by exercise.
