Around thirty people came to the Washington County Courthouse Saturday for the Chamber of Commerce’s first legislative briefing of the year. Riverside State Representative Larry Marek, and Fairfield State Senator Becky Schmitz fielded questions on topics ranging from school funding to gay marriage. Almost everyone in attendance was voiced concern over the state’s fiscal status. You can hear the full session at KCII Radio Dot Com, under the Radio Plus section.
