press play to hear from WeatherEye Meteorologist Ryan Miller

Snow is expected for southeast Iowa today and tomorrow. WeatherEye Meteorologist Ryan Miller says the bitterly cold temperatures could make for very light and powdery snowfall. He says this can cause hazardous driving conditions not necessarily due to the amount of snow, but because of it blowing across roadways and impeding visibility. A winter storm warning takes affect this evening. Snow is expected to spread across the area from the west today and become more widespread into the evening hours and early tomorrow.
