Washington Community Members are invited to meet the school district’s newly hired superintendent. Dr. Mike Jorgensen is coming from the Southeast Webster Grand district in Central Iowa. Jorgensen says he and his wife are excited for the transition and look forward to making Washington their permanent home. Jorgensen will be at a meet-and-greet a week from today at Lincoln Elementary. He’s scheduled to be there from 3:45 to 5:15.
