Washington City Councilors could be adopting a revised junk and junk vehicle ordinance this week. The measure reduces the amount of time residents have to address unsightly issues such as immobile cars. Ordinance Committee Chairman Mike Roth says it’s been an ongoing problem that needs to be addressed and cleaned up. The proposal is up for the third and final reading at Wednesday’s meeting.
