Eastern Iowa Congressman Dave Loebsack is visiting Hills tomorrow. He’ll be meeting with the USDA’s Undersecretary to discuss rural development programs. Community leaders are also invited to attend the meeting. It’s at 1:00 tomorrow afternoon at the Hills Community Center. Loebsack will also visit Ottumwa City Hall tomorrow at 4:00 pm.
