Crews from Patterson House Moving finish up tuck pointing before they Jack the building up
press play to hear from Jeremy Patterson
The old Mills Seed Building in Washington is on its way up. Jeremy Patterson says crews from his house moving company are in the process of lifting the structure off of its foundation. Patterson says they’ll raise it about a foot per day. He says they hope to have the structure ready to move by February 22. The plan is to put the building where the chamber of commerce used to be. Patterson and the city are still negotiating economic incentives such as tax breaks and an up front cash commitment.
