Two people are charged with involuntary manslaughter in the 2008 death of an Ainsworth woman. Lori Jo Bean, and Rodney Lee Bean also face neglect, abandonment and abuse charges in connection with the death of Joy L Gentzler.

Court documents show that Gentzler was an elder adult in the care of Lori and Rodney Bean at the time of her death. The Beans are accused of exposing Gentzler to a hazard, refusing to provide support and abuse resulting in serious injury.

They are also accused of second degree theft of more than ten-thousand dollars.

The two are expected in court Monday.

The ages of Gentzler and the Beans was not immediately available Friday. The relationship between Rodney and Lori Bean is also unclear at this time.
