Mildred Wade

Funeral services for 94 year old Mildred Wade of Wellman are 10:30am Friday (2/26) at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. Burial will be in the Wellman Cemetery on Friday (2/26). Visitation is 2-6pm on Thursday (2/25) at the Powell Funeral Home with the family present from 4-6pm. Memorials have been established to Asbury United Methodist Church and Washington County Hospice in Mildred Wade’s name.

Demon girls meet Assumption tonight

Crews from a local house moving company worked into the evening hours last night to begin rolling the old Mills Seed building in Washington to its new location.
