It’s been a very snow winter, but southeast Iowa has still not seen the level of precipitation that preceded recording flooding in 2008. That’s according to State Climatologist Harry Hillaker. Snow is in the forecast throughout this weekend. The National Weather Service says a more powerful storm could affect the area early next week.
