Washington County Supervisors this week are expected to apply for a low interest loan to help fund construction of a new facility for public health. The money would come from the USDA’s Rural Assistance Program. Supervisors will also review recommendations from the compensation board on wages for elected officials. Also on the agenda is a reading of the proposed zoning ordinance, discussions on a site for a sanitary sewer project in Richmond and a review of next year’s budget. The meeting starts at 9:30 Tuesday morning at the Washington County Courthouse.
