Former Governor and current gubernatorial hopeful Terry Branstad is visiting Washington today. Branstad filed petition papers this week, making his bid for the Republican nomination official. He’s scheduled to visit the Frontier Family Restaurant in Washington this morning at 10:30. He’s also slated to visit Newton this afternoon.
