Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley says he’s been feeling betrayed lately by Democrats. The six term Republican from New Hartford says members of his party have been shut out recently on two major pieces of legislation, one of which was the healthcare bill. Grassley says a similar situation arose out of the jobs bill. He says in both instances the GOP was trying to work in a bipartisan manner, but was later pushed aside by Democratic leadership.
