Green thumbs in southeast Iowa are invited to learn tips and information about high tunnel/low heat greenhouses at a workshop at the Maharishi University of Management Organic Farms greenhouse. The main presenters will be Linda Naeve, from Iowa State University and Steve McLaskey, from Maharishi University of Management. Naeve will talk about her experience with high tunnel site selection, types, and construction, while McLaskey will talk about his research project to test the feasibility of growing vegetables in a large unheated greenhouse in the winter in Iowa.
