Funeral Service for 85 year old Keith Rowe of Wellman is at 10:00 Saturday (3/27) morning at the Asbury United Methodist Church in Wellman. Burial is at Keota Cemetery. Visitation is from 4:30 to 8:00 Friday (3/26) evening at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. Memorials have been established to Hospice of Washington County.
