A spirit of volunteerism is one of the backbones of the Washington community. That’s according to resident Dave Stoufer. He was the guest speaker at this week’s chamber of commerce awards ceremony. Stoufer also says it’s refreshing to see younger generations getting involved and realizing how much their community has done for them.
