Cedar to Dogwood Closure on G26

A portion of G26 in Washington County will be closed this week while construction is wrapped up on a new triple box culvert. The road will be closed between Cedar and Dogwood starting Wednesday. The engineer’s office says the contractor will finish paving the road and a few other things that they weren’t able to get done last fall. Motorists are encouraged to use Highway 92 and Ginkgo Avenues as a detour route. Also on Wednesday Vine Avenue will be closed between 192nd and 202nd streets for pavement patch work. Residents are asked to use Highway 218 as a detour.
