Washington City Councilors have approved a semi-annual subsidy to the Washington County Ambulance after weeks of leaving the item tabled. The first ward’s Bob Shepherd says they needed to pay the appropriation this time because it was budgeted, however he feels they need to sit down and have a conversation about how the standing of the expenditure can be narrowed down.
