It looks like Old Man Winter might not be ready to leave southeast Iowa just yet. The National Weather Service says a strong winter storm may impact the region this weekend. Precipitation is expected to begin Friday night with rain and then gradually turn to snow as colder air arrives from the northwest. Upwards of six inches of snow are possible, though NWS says it is too soon to determine specific amounts at this time.
