Three Wayland Residents are all vying to unseat Washington County District Three Supervisor Steve Davis. Republicans John Hahn and William Walker will face Davis in this June’s Primary. Democrat Rodney Stogdill is seeking his party’s nomination unopposed. In District 5, which represents the city of Washington, Ron Bennet and incumbent Jim Rosien will square off for the GOP nomination, while Linda Brown is the lone Democratic candidate. The only other contested race that has emerged is for county attorney. Larry Brock of Washington is the only person seeking the Republican nomination, while Democratic incumbent Barb Edmondson is the only one seeking her party’s nomination. The deadline to file to run for county office was Wednesday.
