This year’s Mid-Prairie High School musical isn’t you’re traditional musical; this one consists of three different one act performances. It is called The Apple Tree, and Tamara McClintock with the drama department says one act is a parody of Cinderella. Another is how Mark Twain would write Adam and Eve’s diary, and the third features a prisoner forced to choose between two doors, behind one a reward and the other certain death. She says for the most part the acts are humorous with some serious spots. The Apple Tree is playing April 30th and May 1st at 7:30 at the Mid-Prairie High School.
