A new showroom featuring Amish crafted furniture is having its grand opening. Midwest Woodworks is hosting the event. The facility is a ten thousand square foot building with a large showroom featuring many Amish made pieces of furniture. The facility is on Highway 22 west of Kalona. Many of the craftsmen will be on hand at the grand opening on Friday May 7th, and Saturday May 8th.
