Celebration of life services for 82 year old Dorothy Singleton of Keota will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday (4/19) at the Powell Funeral Home in Keota. Burial will be in the Keota Cemetery.  Visitation is from 3 until 5 p.m. Sunday (4/18) at the funeral home.  Memorials have been established to the Keota Q.R.S. or Breast Cancer research in Dorothy’s name.

Demon boys runner up at Mount Pleasant

IMS shuts out Mid-Prairie in soccer

The IMS soccer team got two goals from Vince Rhodes and Truman Shetler in a 6-0 win over Mid-Prairie. Rhodes and Shetler also ended up with an assist each on the evening. Other IMS scorers include Jacob Yoder, and Matt Libby. Brian Miller and Seth Miller also had assists.
