press play to hear from Washington BOS Chair Jim Miksch

The search is on for Washington County’s first ever zoning and subdivision ordinance administrator. Supervisors this week created a committee that will conduct interviews with candidates applying for the post. Chairman Jim Miksch says the ideal hire will have good people skills. Miksch says applications are due April 23. He says they hope to have someone hired by early May. The position will pay between $35,000 and $45,000 per year depending on the candidate’s experience and education.
