press play to hear from interim Engineer Jacob Thorius

Washington County’s Secondary Roads Department is laying out its five year construction plan. Interim Engineer Jacob Thorius says it’s something the state requires them to submit every year. He says some of the top priorities identified in the plan include about ten bridges that need replaced, and several miles of the Riverside Road that need repaved. Thorius says the plan identifies more than 23-million dollars in projects. He says they have about 10-million dollars to work with.
