Washington City Councilors tonight are expected to approve next fiscal year’s budget. They’ll also have a public hearing on the spending plan. The council is also slated to hear the third and final reading of the revised “junk and junk vehicle” ordinance. Also on the docket is first reading of an ordinance to amend a section of the city’s code that deals with traffic restrictions. The meeting starts tonight at 6:00 in the old public library building.
