press play to hear from Architect Scott Smed

Washington School Board members will soon be taking bids for installation of the geothermal heating and cooling system at Stewart Elementary. They heard a presentation on the process this week from Mason City based Architecture firm Bergland and Cram. They told the board the new system will come complete with automation controls that will control temperatures in individual rooms based on time of day and occupancy. The project is expected to be completed late next year.
